• Revision Policy

  We provide guaranteed unlimited revision. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions of the reference papers provided to them and we will revise the sample paper without any additional charges provided that number of pages and topic remains the same. Should the number of pages exceed, appropriate charges would then be applicable. In order to receive free revision, customers are required to request for a revision within 20 days of the reference paper delivery date. However in case of dissertation, thesis or any other reasonably large order, the timeline exceeds up to 45 days. If the revision request falls within these guidelines we will revise the order to meet the customer's initial requirements free of charge.

  
  

  Once the above-mentioned timeline has passed it shall be assumed that the customer is satisfied.
  
  Any revision request sent by customer for plagiarism within the reference paper provided must be accompanied by a detailed report for the plagiarism found in the sample paper provided. All revision requests pertaining to customers order will be completed as per the urgency of the order with 24 hours as standard minimum turnaround time.

  
  

  Revision turnaround time as per urgency is as follows:
  
  » For orders up to 24 hours of urgency; Revision turnaround time would be 24 hours.
  » For orders between 24-48 hours of urgency; Revision turnaround time would be 48 hours. 
  » For orders of 48 hours and above; Revision turnaround time would be 72 hours.

  
  

• Amendment Policy

  We provide an unlimited amendments guarantee. Through this guarantee customers can ask us for unlimited amendments in the reference paper description and we will entertain the amendment request. However, the topic of the sample paper cannot be changed. 
  
  The option of increasing the number of pages of the reference paper is also available; however, the number of pages cannot be decreased. In the event that the numbers of pages are increased, the customer will be liable to pay the extra charges applicable for them.

  The amount credited to your account through the Referral Discount offer is non-refundable and non-cashable.
  For programs and offers where additional amount is credited to the user account, e.g. Affiliate Program, the extra amount credited is non-refundable and non-cashable. 

• Ink-man Rewards

  The inkman services Rewards program is subject to the inkman services Rewards terms and conditions.

• Refund Policy

  With our unlimited  Revision and  Amendment Policy , you may adjust your instructions (including your topic description, formatting style, etc) or add any additional instructions free of charge through your Students Area to fulfill your complete requirements with 100% satisfaction.
  In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your requirements or if Inkman Services is not able to deliver your order as per the  delivery policy, your complete order amount will be refunded.
  A refund request can be submitted if you are not satisfied with any product or service provided by Inkman Services within five days of your order completion. Certain percentage based refund would be granted if we are unable to provide required service through our unlimited revision policy. If no refund request is received within five days after your order has been delivered, your satisfaction over the delivered order shall be assumed by both the parties.

• Limitation of liability

  Customers agree that in no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use, misuse, (or inability to use) or performance of this web site or services provided or offered by any means, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Customers further agree that in no event, shall any liability to the company as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving them and the company exceed the fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise.

• Student Area

  The Student Area available is a convenient way to communicate. It is the sole responsibility of you, the student, to check the student area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the consultant. Not checking or using the Student Area frequently shall not provide you adequate grounds for a refund.
